Like most developers, Fraser Houses was up against the proverbial brick wall. Thanks to a credit crunch, confusion over stamp duty and a shortage of mortgages, their sales of houses had stopped and they came to us, their trusted creative resource for 25 years, with a need for some fresh ideas. 

Almost the entire office was involved in the process to develop the “We Give In!” campaign, which made it easier for buyers to buy, and for the developer to sell. Following the controversial attitude of the campaign, the crucial decision of the right prices to sell at and the resulting press attention, 84 houses were sold in just 6 hours of business and the developer got 250 people on a waiting list for future phases on the same site.
