The businessman behind the highly successful Zen restaurant in Belfast wanted to create a take-out that offered the same level of quality Asian food.
Soon Interiors created a scheme which allowed the customer to see everything going on in the kitchen, all behind a single piece of blue glass.
We created the Gaze brand to tie in with this concept which has proved very successful and there are now a number of Gaze take-outs as the company expand the chain.
